Incoming (or 2-way) SMS

As part of our advanced offerings, we can manage incoming SMS (also known as two way sms) for you.

This is a bespoke service, customised to your individual needs. Typical ways of managing incoming messages are:-

• Forward them to a nominated email address (SMS to email)
• Add the incoming number to bulk lists on your outgoing account based on the incoming text (Keyword based number acquisition)
• Call a script on your web server, passing the message details as parameters
• Batch incoming messages together, and forward them as email on an hourly, daily or weekly basis
• Send an automatic reply on your behalf in addition or instead of the above options (autoresponding)
