Sensitive personal data is personal data consisting of information about the data subject as to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs of a similar nature, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or condition, sexual life, the commission or alleged commission of any offence, or any proceeding relating to any offence. • Messages.
  Messages sent and received via Power2Text are automatically logged, and may be reviewed by us at any time for the purpose of monitoring or improving system performance.
• You may not send unlawful, obscene, harassing, threatening or abusive messages. The sending of unsolicited marketing messages ('spamming') is not allowed. You agree to indemnify us against any losses incurred should you partake in any of the above activities. Further, should your usage of the system result in complaints against us or adversely affect the performance of the system for other users, you may be suspended with no refund of credits.
